Eileen McDonnell has dominated in male-dominated fields for her entire career. The 52-year-old CEO of Penn Mutual says her gender has never held her back in her career. “I’m a firm believer that if any person empowers themselves — women in particular — you take control of your own destiny,” says McDonnell today.
